Great rock climbing! Most routes of any crag I've been to in Arkansas. Staff is helpful and friendly. Best spot for moderate sport routes.
Such a wonderful place! Plenty of climbing and beautiful views! If you go to climb here, for most routes, a rope that is 40 meters (if the stretch is good) or 50 meter is best.
The Horseshoe Canyon ranch is amazing! The food is excellent, the activities are awesome, and the staff is incredible. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.
Spent a few weeks here on a climbing trip. The staff were personable, friendly and helpful. The cabin was on the pricey side, especially given the lack of kitchen ware, but was otherwise very nice. We also camped for a few days and I was frustrated that we had to pay for the showers on top of our camping fee. I really enjoyed the espresso coffees for sale in the office every morning. Overall it was a nice, laid-back trip.
Something for everyone here. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, good food, rock climbing, horseback riding, swimming, and more activity than you can imagine. Awesome family retreat. Did I mention friendly staff.
